A law firm in Spokane, WA, is seeking a Senior Employment Law Attorney II with a proven track record in mediation, trial, legal analysis, and advocacy. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, marketing abilities, and the capacity to manage a demanding schedule. This role requires substantial experience in mediation, trial, legal research, and writing, along with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school. The candidate must be admitted to the Bar in the state or eligible for reciprocal admission.

 

Duties:

  • Conduct successful mediations and trials.
  • Research and analyze complex legal issues.
  • Draft memorandums, briefs, letters, and other legal documents.
  • Market personal and firm services to prospective clients.
  • Perform discovery of electronically stored data and hard copies of information.
  • Conduct due diligence in all matters.
  • Manage a schedule to accommodate consultations and closure of consults.
  • Actively engage in brand expansion through various channels.
  • Seek positive feedback from satisfied clients.

 

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school.
  • Admission (or eligibility for reciprocal admission) to the Bar in the state.
