Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Workers’ Compensation defense cases, including preparing legal arguments, conducting research, and drafting documents.
• Collaborate closely with partners and senior associates to develop case strategies and legal solutions.
• Manage and oversee case files from inception through resolution, including conducting depositions and handling discovery.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and legal advice throughout the case.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in hearings and court proceedings.
• Maintain high standards of legal and ethical practice in all aspects of case management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation defense or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to work collaboratively with partners and senior associates.
• Must have graduated from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the Bar or have recently taken the Bar Exam.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
