Intermediate Compliance Litigation Attorney

A law firm based in Houston, TX, is seeking an Intermediate Compliance Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the firm’s policies, procedures, and deadlines are adhered to meticulously. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong knowledge of Texas legal procedures, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive audits and case reviews for assigned teams.
• Hold weekly meetings with assigned teams to ensure compliance with firm policies, procedures, and deadlines.
• Identify areas of non-compliance and work with teams to address and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance and litigation strategies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be a licensed attorney in the U.S. and in good standing.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Texas Rules of Evidence.
• 0-3 years of experience in Personal Injury law.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
