Duties

• Manage cases related to conservatorships, guardianships, probate, and trust litigation, including issues of financial elder abuse.
• Engage directly with clients to provide legal advice and updates on case progress.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, including trials, across San Bernardino, Riverside, and Los Angeles counties.
• Draft legal documents such as petitions, motions, and estate planning materials.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive legal representation and support.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in California.
• 1-10 years of experience in probate, estate planning, or related fields.
• Newly licensed California attorneys are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar is required.
