The ideal candidate will have experience in practice areas that complement the firm's focus and will manage a full caseload of civil litigation and pre-litigation matters. The role requires excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, and involves working under the supervision of and in collaboration with other attorneys in the firm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full caseload of civil litigation and pre-litigation matters.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Prepare and present oral arguments in court as needed.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm to develop and execute legal strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and timely updates on case status.
  • Negotiate settlements and handle various pre-litigation matters to resolve cases efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and legal trends that impact the firm's practice areas.
  • Participate in case strategy meetings and contribute to the development of legal approaches.

Requirements:

  • Active Arizona attorney license.
  • Experience in practice areas that complement the firm's focus (e.g., civil litigation, employment law, real estate law, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage a full caseload of civil litigation and pre-litigation matters.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other attorneys and legal staff.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Arizona Bar.
