Attorney needed for Phoenix office

A law firm based in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Attorney with an active Arizona license to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in practice areas that complement the firm's focus and will manage a full caseload of civil litigation and pre-litigation matters. The role requires excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, and involves working under the supervision of and in collaboration with other attorneys in the firm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of civil litigation and pre-litigation matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Prepare and present oral arguments in court as needed.
• Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm to develop and execute legal strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and timely updates on case status.
• Negotiate settlements and handle various pre-litigation matters to resolve cases efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and legal trends that impact the firm's practice areas.
• Participate in case strategy meetings and contribute to the development of legal approaches.

Requirements:

• Active Arizona attorney license.
• Experience in practice areas that complement the firm's focus (e.g., civil litigation, employment law, real estate law, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage a full caseload of civil litigation and pre-litigation matters.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other attorneys and legal staff.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Arizona Bar.
