A law firm in Raleigh is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Closing Attorney to oversee residential and commercial real estate transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing title documents, working with various stakeholders, drafting and reviewing loan documents, and ensuring a professional and engaging experience for clients. Business development and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to conduct training in relevant areas of real estate law.
 
Duties:
• Oversee residential and commercial real estate transactions, including sales and refinances.
• Review title documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with lenders, brokers, agents, buyers, and sellers to facilitate real estate transactions.
• Draft and/or review loan documents, contracts, deeds, leases, and purchase and sale agreements.
• Provide a professional and engaging experience to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Review the disbursement ledger and sign checks as necessary.
• Develop, cultivate, and grow business relationships for the firm.
• Conduct training sessions for potential clients in relevant areas of real estate law.
 
Requirements:
• Prior experience in residential real estate transactions (preferred).
• Membership in the State Bar in good standing.
• Excellent and prompt verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with others in a collaborative environment.
• Should have 10 years of experience.

Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
