A law firm in Charlotte is seeking a Health Care Transactional Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the health care and life sciences industries and a commitment to excellent client service. They should possess experience representing healthcare providers in various transactions and commercial and regulatory matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and commercial agreements. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to provide exceptional client service through regular client interaction are essential. Licensure with the State Bar of North Carolina or the ability to become licensed within a year is required.

 

Duties:

  • Representing healthcare providers in a variety of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and commercial agreements.
  • Advising clients on regulatory matters related to healthcare transactions.
  • Drafting and negotiating transactional documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis on healthcare and regulatory issues.
  • Providing excellent client service through regular client interaction and communication.

 

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in health care transactional law.
  • Passion for the health care and life sciences industries.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of North Carolina or the ability to become licensed within a year.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Admission to the State Bar of North Carolina or the ability to become licensed within a year.
