With over 8 years of experience in litigation, including all stages of discovery, motion practice, prosecution, and trial preparation, the successful candidate will be expected to handle complex cases and provide strategic legal counsel. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex litigation cases from inception through resolution.
• Oversee all stages of discovery, including document review, depositions, and interrogatories.
• Draft, file, and argue motions, including dispositive and procedural motions.
• Prepare cases for trial, including developing trial strategy, preparing witnesses, and drafting trial briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations.
• Provide legal advice and develop case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to manage caseloads and ensure timely case progression.
• Stay updated on legal developments and changes in relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of litigation experience.
• Comprehensive experience in all discovery stages, motion practice, prosecution, and trial preparation.
• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.

Education:
