Duties:

• Appear in court for hearings, trials, and negotiations, representing clients effectively.
• Engage in out-of-court negotiations and settlements when appropriate.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, court officials, judges, attorneys, and other legal professionals.
• Develop creative legal solutions to address client concerns and cases.
• Participate in individual and firm-wide networking and marketing efforts to generate new clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current legal practices and techniques.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in New Jersey.
• 0-10 years of experience in litigation, with preference for family law and criminal defense.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within established systems and processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of cases.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
