Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• 1-3 years of experience in collections, litigation, bankruptcy, and/or creditors' rights
• Strong understanding of federal and state collection laws
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Superior legal research and analytical abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia
