Salt Lake City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a lateral attorney with 4-10 years of relevant law firm experience. The candidate will join Employment Counseling & Litigation practice. Will be advising employers on matters related to various aspects of employment law, including federal and state discrimination laws (e.g., Title VII, ADA, ADEA), wage and hour laws (e.g., FLSA), leave laws, and other management-related employment topics. Must have a Utah State Bar license. Should also have experience drafting employment-related agreements and policies. California State Bar license or experience with California employment laws is a plus.

The candidate should have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills. Must have a JD from a top 20 U.S. law school or class rank in the top ten percentile.
