Duties:

• Draft and edit pleadings, briefs, and written discovery
• Prepare for and conduct depositions
• Assist in trial preparation and participate in court proceedings
• Handle litigation matters primarily in business, real estate, and entertainment law
• Collaborate with legal teams and clients to develop case strategies

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of litigation experience
• Strong experience in drafting legal documents and conducting depositions
• California Bar admission required
• Experience in business, real estate, and/or entertainment litigation preferred
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar
