  • Draft and negotiate contractual indemnity and insurance provisions.
  • Advise clients on coverage issues, policy interpretation, and potential claims.
  • Stay updated on relevant legal developments and insurance industry trends.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to provide comprehensive legal services.
  • Assist in corporate transactional work related to insurance matters as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of experience in insurance coverage law.
  • Experience representing policyholders, focusing on insurance policy review, claims handling, and coverage disputes.
  • Familiarity with insurance policies and coverage issues.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Experience with construction insurance coverage and corporate transactional work is a plus.
  • New York Bar license is required.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active New York Bar license.
