Duties:

  • Manage and handle a diverse range of business immigration cases.
  • Prepare, file, and oversee the submission of petitions and applications for EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, EB-5, H-1B, and other business immigration-related filings.
  • Advise clients on immigration strategy and provide solutions tailored to their specific needs.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant immigration laws and regulations.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and ensure the timely and accurate submission of all documents and filings.
  • Develop and strengthen client relationships to support the continued growth of the business immigration department.

Requirements:

  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in any U.S. state.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience specializing in business immigration law.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred for managing a diverse client base.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop and grow a practice area.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar license to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
