Duties:

• Manage and represent clients in commercial litigation cases.
• Provide strategic legal counsel and develop case strategies.
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Handle court appearances, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in alternative dispute resolution settings.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure case objectives are met.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida Bar.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle complex cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Bi-lingual (fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken).

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Florida Bar.

• Strong litigation experience in commercial disputes.
