  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee benefit plans and policies.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in employee benefits law, with a focus on ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of practice.
  • Proven ability to handle complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Active Bar admission in NY.
