Duties:

• Draft and review legal documents related to executive compensation, retirement plans, and health and welfare benefits.
• Conduct legal research to support client matters and stay abreast of developments in employee benefits law.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive legal guidance to clients.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee benefit plans and policies.
• Represent clients in negotiations and disputes involving employee benefits.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in employee benefits law, with a focus on ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of practice.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
