A law firm seeks a qualified attorney to join its Energy Department in the Bismarck office. Duties

  • Stay up-to-date on legal developments, energy regulations, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Prior legal experience, particularly in the energy, real estate, or regulatory fields.

  • Ability to handle a varied caseload while maintaining high standards of legal practice.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, with the ability to promptly obtain licensure in North Dakota.
