  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to advance case objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of progressive civil litigation experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in motions briefing, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and trial or arbitration proceedings.
  • Ability to work on complex legal issues and develop case management strategies.
  • A license to practice law in the state of Colorado.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Colorado Bar.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Colorado.

Skills:

  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Proven advocacy skills with experience in courtroom or arbitration settings.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior attorneys and legal staff.
  • Excellent communication and client management abilities.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
