Duties:

  • Manage multiple family law cases including divorce, child custody, and spousal support matters.
  • Provide expert legal counsel to clients, ensuring compassionate, ethical, and empathetic care.
  • Handle all aspects of family law litigation and mediation as necessary.
  • Work with a steady stream of clients and provide effective representation throughout the legal process.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff for case strategy and execution.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding case status and legal advice.
  • Ensure all legal documents are accurately drafted, filed, and timely submitted.

Requirements:

  • Licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of cases simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortability with technology and digital tools for case management.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with limited scope representation is a plus.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Must hold an active, valid license to practice law in the state of California.
