Associate Attorney for its Baltimore office

A law firm seeks a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join its team in Baltimore, MD. This is an on-site position that offers the opportunity for an attorney to handle personal injury cases independently, from inception to resolution. The role is ideal for attorneys who are highly organized, results-driven, and eager to manage their caseload with limited guidance.

Duties:

• Independently manage and litigate a caseload of personal injury cases.
• Develop strategic approaches for each case and follow through to resolution.
• Work closely with clients to provide expert legal advice and representation.
• Ensure high levels of organization and attention to detail while managing multiple cases.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve successful outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proactive approach to case management and problem-solving.
• A high level of motivation, ambition, and a drive to succeed.
• Licensed to practice law in DC, Maryland, or Virginia.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in DC, MD, or VA.

Skills:

• Strong case management skills with a focus on personal injury law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Ability to develop and execute effective legal strategies for complex cases.

Location: Baltimore, MD (On-site only, Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm).
