The role focuses on commercial transactions in the sports and entertainment sectors, with potential exposure to related fields such as real estate and intellectual property.

Duties:

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including naming rights and sponsorship agreements
• Assist in venue development and operations agreements
• Handle advertising and promotional agreements
• Manage athlete and entertainer transactions
• Collaborate with partners to serve clients in the sports industry

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of transactional experience, preferably in sports-related matters
• Demonstrated transactional skills in other industries may be considered

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Membership in good standing with the California Bar
