Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of complex commercial litigation matters from start to finish.
• Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and discovery requests, with precision.
• Conduct thorough legal research on issues pertinent to ongoing cases.
• Take and defend depositions, handle hearings, and represent clients in trial or arbitration proceedings.
• Utilize e-discovery platforms for case management and evidence review.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop case strategies and provide legal counsel.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting commercial litigation.

Requirements:

• Admission to practice law in Colorado.
• 3-6 years of experience in complex civil litigation, demonstrating high expertise.
• Proven experience managing a full litigation caseload independently.
• Strong background in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.
• Demonstrated experience with e-discovery tools and platforms.
• Experience in taking and defending depositions and handling hearings and trial/arbitration proceedings.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Colorado State Bar.
