• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations impacting the alcohol and beverage industry.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in alcohol beverage law.
• Candidates with related regulatory experience, such as FDA/food, are encouraged to apply.
• Strong commercial and corporate background and experience in mergers and acquisitions.
• Proven ability to manage complex legal matters independently.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize workload effectively, display good judgment, and work well under pressure.
• Admission to practice law in Texas.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
