A law firm seeks a qualified Associate Attorney to join its Workers' Compensation team in Roseland, NJ. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 6 years of experience in workers' compensation law and a strong understanding of relevant procedures and regulations. Duties:

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in workers' compensation law.
  • Licensed to practice in New Jersey and in good standing; admission in New York is a significant advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.

Education:

  • JD from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in New Jersey; New York admission is preferred.
