Duties

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issues.
  • Draft a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
  • Assist in preparing cases for trial or hearings, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.
  • Provide legal counsel to clients regarding their rights and obligations in relevant matters.
  • Effectively manage a caseload while ensuring timely completion of all tasks.

  • Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations applicable to practice areas.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Preferred knowledge of Workers' Compensation Law, Estate Planning, Personal Injury Law, and Immigration Law.
  • Proficient in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
  • Strong legal drafting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
