Duties

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in criminal cases
• Draft and review legal documents, motions, and pleadings
• Represent clients in pretrial hearings, trials, and other court proceedings
• Conduct legal research and case analysis to develop defense strategies
• Interview witnesses and experts to gather supporting evidence
• Prepare clients for court appearances and depositions
• Analyze probable case outcomes based on legal precedents
• Manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines and legal requirements
• Collaborate with legal teams, including attorneys and legal assistants

Requirements

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in criminal defense
• Proven experience handling complex criminal cases at federal, state, and local levels
• Strong trial and courtroom experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with fellow attorneys and staff
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the state of Nevada
