Job Duties:

  • Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal forums.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.
  • 1-6 years of experience in a law firm or similar legal setting, with demonstrated expertise in real estate and employment class actions.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of negotiating settlements and representing clients in court.
