Duties:

• Handle residential and commercial real estate transactions, including sales and refinances.

• Examine property titles to ensure clear ownership and identify any potential issues.

• Collaborate with lenders, brokers, agents, buyers, and sellers to facilitate smooth transactions.

• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, deeds, leases, and purchase agreements.

• Provide professional guidance to clients, addressing any concerns related to the closing process.

• Oversee the financial disbursement process and sign closing checks.

Requirements:
