Duties

• Manage all aspects of pre-litigation, including case evaluations, demand letters, and settlement negotiations.
• Develop strategies to maximize case outcomes before filing.
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide timely updates on case progress.
• Resolve client issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and understanding.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas.
• Must hold a valid Texas driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to manage a high-volume docket effectively.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Excellent work ethic and the drive to "get the job done."
• Professional and approachable demeanor with clients and colleagues.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
