Duties:

  • Collaborate with a team on complex transactional matters, including real property and asset acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents under supervision.
  • Conduct due diligence reviews to identify legal risks.
  • Structure joint ventures and strategic investments.
  • Coordinate deal closings and manage ongoing legal issues.

Requirements:

  • JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
  • 3-5 years of relevant corporate law experience, preferably focusing on real estate transactions.
  • Licensed or eligible to practice law in Texas, Arizona, Missouri, or New York (as applicable) and in good standing.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver concise, effective work product.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear and compelling style.
  • Proven attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to client service and demonstrated teamwork abilities.
  • Technical skills and experience coordinating transactions with third-party vendors preferred.

Education and Certifications:
