Duties:

  • Participate in discovery, including depositions, document review, and interrogatories.
  • Prepare for and represent clients in court proceedings, including trials and hearings.

  • Contribute to the firm’s ongoing initiatives to enhance client services and team collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling patent litigation cases.
  • Prior federal judicial law clerk experience (strongly preferred).
  • Academic background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Strong academic credentials.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar membership in good standing, or eligibility to obtain admission to the Bar.
