Structured Finance Of Counsel

Job Overview:

A law firm is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Structured Finance Of Counsel to join its team in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in structured finance, securitization, and CLO and a strong background in an AmLaw 100 law firm. The role requires excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills to manage client interactions effectively, produce high-quality work, and meet deadlines.

Duties:

• Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties
• Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence in an efficient and responsive manner
• Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product
• Successfully meet deadlines expectations, and perform work duties as required
• Foster positive work relationships
• Comply with all firm policies and practices
• Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, such as:
  • Working at a computer for extended periods, including on-screen reading and typing
  • Participating in digital/virtual conference calls
  • Participating in meetings as needed
• Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned

Requirements:

• 9 years of structured finance, securitization, and CLO experience
• Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred
• Licensed to practice in CA

Education:

• JD degree

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California
