Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and litigate employment-related cases, including individual and class action lawsuits.
  • Provide employment counseling on a range of issues such as workplace policies, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advisories.
  • Represent clients in administrative proceedings, arbitration, and court hearings.
  • Advise clients on employment law matters, including drafting and reviewing employment contracts, non-compete agreements, and handling workplace investigations.
  • Stay informed on current employment and labor law developments to ensure compliance and provide up-to-date legal guidance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop and implement effective legal strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • 2-3 years of experience in employment-related litigation and employment counseling.
  • Experience with individual and class action employment cases is required.
  • Experience with traditional labor issues is a plus.
  • Admission to the Bar in Ohio is preferred or required for the position.
