A prominent law firm is seeking a highly qualified Health Care Regulatory Associate with 2–4 years of relevant experience to join its Health Care Transactional and Regulatory team in New York. Duties

  • Advise on health care regulatory and compliance matters, including Medicare, Medicaid, and government price reporting programs.
  • Provide counsel to clients in the life sciences sector, including pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers.
  • Assist with the structuring and negotiation of transactions in the health care industry.
  • Collaborate on strategic advice for managed care plans, insurers, and other health care entities.
  • Develop and implement contractual arrangements and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct legal research and draft high-quality memoranda, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Stay informed about health care industry trends and policy developments.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of strong health care regulatory experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Medicare, Medicaid, and related government programs.
  • Prior experience in market access or the life sciences industry preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Membership in good standing with the Bar of the jurisdiction where you will practice.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

  • Active Bar membership in the practicing jurisdiction.
