A law firm seeks an experienced attorney for its Pensacola office. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of litigation expertise, with a focus on first-party/property coverage matters. Duties:

  • Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including case preparation, motion practice, discovery, and trial
  • Handle property coverage disputes, providing legal counsel and representation to clients in related matters
  • Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and prepare legal documents such as pleadings and briefs
  • Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes
  • Maintain client relationships through excellent communication and providing sound legal advice
  • Collaborate with team members to meet case objectives and deadlines

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on first-party/property coverage
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proven track record of handling complex cases and legal research
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active and good standing license to practice law in the state of Florida
