The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in immigration matters, managing a legal team, and handling cases from start to finish. Duties

  • Represent clients in various immigration matters, including family-based and employment-based immigration cases.
  • Lead and manage legal staff, including paralegals and assistants.
  • Appear in EOIR Court for Master and Merits Hearings.
  • Conduct client consultations, prepare clients for interviews, and coordinate with external agencies.
  • Draft legal documents, including motions, orders, judgments, and status updates.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and manage case files effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of immigration law experience.
  • Experience handling family-based and employment-based immigration cases.
  • Experience with removal defense and litigation in Immigration Court.
  • Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Proven leadership abilities and the capability to manage a legal team.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • License to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
