The ideal candidate will bring expertise in commercial foreclosure litigation and New Jersey foreclosure procedures, contributing to a dynamic legal environment.

Duties:

• Manage commercial mortgage foreclosure cases from initiation to conclusion.
• Perform legal research and draft necessary pleadings, motions, and court documentation.
• Oversee a caseload of foreclosure litigation, ensuring compliance with all deadlines.
• Advocate for clients in court settings, including trials and depositions.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow attorneys and support staff to provide exceptional legal services.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress and consultations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.
• Admission to the New Jersey and/or New York State Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in foreclosure litigation.
• Proven ability to manage litigation from inception to trial.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to practice in New Jersey and/or New York.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of foreclosure laws and procedures.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in foreclosure-related software and systems, such as LexisNexis.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments while managing multiple priorities.
