Job Overview: A well-established law firm in Naples, FL is seeking a talented and experienced Trusts and Estates Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience in handling complex estate planning, asset protection, trust and estate settlement, and tax-related matters. This role involves providing legal guidance and assistance on estate and asset planning while navigating legal nuances in domestic and international contexts.

Duties:

• Provide counsel on complex estate planning and asset protection strategies
• Prepare and manage trust and estate settlements
• Handle tax-related issues including transfer tax return preparation
• Assist clients with international estate planning, if applicable
• Work closely with clients to understand their specific estate planning needs
• Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents
• Ensure compliance with relevant estate and tax laws

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in trusts and estates law
• Comprehensive understanding of complex estate planning and asset protection
• Experience in trust and estate settlement and transfer tax return preparation
• International estate planning experience (preferred but not required)

Education:

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school
• LL.M. in Taxation is required

Certifications:

• Must be a member in good standing of The Florida Bar
