Duties

  • Assist in structured finance and securitization transactions, including asset-based lending matters.
  • Draft and review transaction-related documents, such as loan agreements, security agreements, and other legal documentation.
  • Provide legal support to senior attorneys on complex financial transactions.
  • Conduct legal research and offer practical solutions for legal challenges.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Prepare client presentations, memoranda, and reports.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, or asset-based lending.
  • Experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of application.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction of application.
