Duties

  • Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve client objectives.

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, hearings, and mediations.
  • Provide legal counsel and advocacy on health care or medical malpractice cases, if applicable.
  • Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and team members to manage cases effectively.
  • Prepare witnesses for depositions and court appearances.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
  • Licensed to practice law in Utah and in good standing with the Utah Bar.
  • Proven ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop creative solutions and exercise sound judgment.
  • Experience in health care or medical malpractice litigation is a plus.

Education
