Civil Litigation Associate Attorney

San Diego office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a civil litigation associate attorney ideally with 2+ years of litigation experience as an attorney. The candidate will manage a caseload under the supervision of either a senior attorney or partner. Should have experience researching and drafting legal briefs, working on and arguing various law and motion matters in court, as well as trial preparation. Discovery experience, including both taking and defending depositions, is also required. Courtroom and deposition experience are required. Trial experience is a plus. Must be a member in good standing with the State Bar of California.
