• Manage all stages of litigation, including drafting and arguing motions, conducting depositions, and performing legal research.
• Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and trial proceedings.
• Conduct thorough fact investigations and analyze complex legal issues.
• Provide strategic advice and counseling on employment matters, including wage and hour compliance, workplace policies, and risk management.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of litigation experience in labor and employment law or general commercial litigation.
• Strong understanding of California labor and employment laws.
• Proven ability to take ownership of cases with minimal supervision.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• An active member in good standing of the California Bar.

Skills:

• Advanced litigation skills, including drafting, arguing, and research.
• Experience with mediation, arbitration, and trial proceedings.
• Proficiency in complex fact analysis and case management.
• Strong written and oral advocacy abilities.
