Job Overview: A law firm seeks a talented Corporate Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its Los Angeles, CA team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in complex real estate transactions and strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.

Duties:

  • Handle complex real estate transactions, including joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate M&A, and financings.
  • Provide legal counsel and support to clients on various real estate matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to real estate transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence and research on real estate properties and transactions.
  • Collaborate with partners, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful real estate transactions.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility to become admitted.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, focusing on complex real estate transactions.
  • Strong understanding of real estate law, including property rights, contracts, zoning laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility to become admitted.

Skills:
