Austin office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks criminal defense associate attorney with 3+ years of experience (prosecution or defense at any level). The candidate will be comfortable and confident handling a high-volume caseload, including daily court appearances. Will travel to nearby counties for appearances as needed, with advanced notice provided. Provide top-quality customer service with heavy client interaction (including in-office client meetings and phone calls with clients). Quickly familiarizing with various software and apps to better serve and communicate with the clients (training provided). Manage client expectations and Court requirements through high-stakes criminal cases while maintaining client satisfaction. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.

The candidate should have the ability to thrive and excel in an energetic and fast-paced collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, well-organized, and ability to work both independently and as a team needed. Must be able to problem-solve through stressful situations.
