Family Law Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks a dedicated Family Law Associate Attorney to join its team in Lawrenceville, GA, with hybrid work flexibility. Duties

• Meet and exceed monthly billable targets of 140 hours
• Provide comprehensive legal analysis, advice, and in-court representation for family law cases
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings and motions, and oversee paralegal staff
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to the firm’s growth and reputation
• Uphold the firm's values in every client interaction, ensuring a concierge-level client experience

Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years of family law litigation experience
• Advocacy Skills: Proven ability to connect with clients and effectively advocate for them
• Language Skills: Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred

Education

• Degree: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Bar Admission: Active member of the state bar
