Duties

• Negotiate personal injury claims on behalf of injured clients, primarily focusing on pre-litigation cases.
• Maintain direct communication with clients to resolve claims efficiently.
• Supervise and collaborate with a team, including case managers, administrative staff, and medical lien negotiators.
• Manage multiple personal injury cases, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to reach favorable settlements with insurance companies.
• Handle tasks and documentation in an organized and efficient manner.
• Work collaboratively within a team to meet firm goals and client needs.
• Provide clients with consistent updates on the status of their cases.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed attorney in California, having passed the Bar Exam.
• A minimum of 3 years of personal injury law experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in negotiation, particularly in personal injury cases.
• A strong desire to represent clients and fight for the underdog.
• Must be hungry, relentless, and resilient in advocating for clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education
