A law firm seeks a highly motivated and dedicated Associate Attorney to join its busy personal injury team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level attorney eager to grow in the legal field, particularly in the area of personal injury law. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, organized, and possess strong writing skills, with a passion for delivering results and contributing to the firm’s success. A civil judicial clerkship is preferred but not required.Duties:Assist with personal injury cases from start to finish, including case preparation, research, and drafting legal documents.Draft and review complaints, motions, and other legal documents as needed.Communicate directly with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.Support senior attorneys in discovery, hearings, and other litigation activities.Work on case management, including tracking deadlines and progress.Participate in client meetings and negotiations.Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda for review.Assist with trial preparation and attend court as needed.Requirements:Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to client service.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey or eligible for admission.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Must be admitted to the New Jersey Bar, or eligible for admission if licensed in another state.Skills:Strong legal writing and research skills.Ability to handle multiple cases with varying complexities.Good interpersonal and client communication skills.Familiarity with personal injury law is preferred.Experience with civil judicial clerkship is a plus.Benefits:Health insurance (medical, dental, vision).Paid time off (PTO).Opportunity for professional development and career growth.Collaborative and supportive work environment.
