Duties:

• Handle all aspects of litigation from case inception to resolution, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and engaging in discovery
• Represent clients in a variety of cases, including business, criminal, and family law matters
• Conduct depositions, participate in mediations, and negotiate settlements
• Prepare for and represent clients in trials and hearings
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys
• Work independently while collaborating with the larger legal team on complex cases

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in General Litigation
• Strong legal research, writing, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage cases from start to finish independently
• Trial experience is preferred
• Team player with a commitment to client service and collaboration

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar (required)
