Job Duties:

• Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.

• Foster positive work relationships and comply with all firm policies and practices.
• Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, including extended computer work, digital conference calls, and necessary meetings.
• Perform all assigned duties, tasks, or projects as required.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar Admission in Arizona required; additional admission in California preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of complex commercial litigation experience in sectors such as healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, technology, software, sports, travel and hospitality, finance, or real estate.
• Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Good business judgment and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently as needed.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• Research and problem-solving capabilities, with conceptual thinking abilities.
• Ability to influence others and effectively communicate persuasively.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
