The successful candidate will be expected to represent clients in family law matters, from consultation to litigation, with a focus on providing effective legal solutions.

Duties:

• Represent clients in various family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and spousal support
• Manage multiple cases concurrently while ensuring attention to detail and deadlines
• Provide legal advice to clients regarding family law issues
• Draft and review legal documents such as petitions, motions, and settlement agreements
• Attend hearings, depositions, and other court proceedings
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff to resolve disputes
• Perform legal research and provide sound legal recommendations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and family law trends

Requirements:

• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Florida
• Experience in family law practice
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex family law cases
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Professional demeanor and strong client service orientation

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:
